Eddie and Chystal's journey to Matthews Steakhouse began with a leap of faith. After selling everything and embarking on a year-long RV adventure, they returned to Florida with a newfound appreciation for home. Settling in Winter Garden, they stumbled upon Matthews Steakhouse, captivated by its quaint elegance and small-town charm. With backgrounds in various facets of the restaurant industry, including Eddie's training as a chef and sommelier rooted in Italy, they saw an opportunity to infuse their passion for hospitality into this beloved establishment. Today, while their four children and two grandchildren hold a special place in their hearts, Eddie and Chystal invite you to experience the culmination of their culinary expertise and wanderlust spirit at Matthews Steakhouse, where every meal is a celebration of tradition, innovation, and the warmth of community, making you feel like part of the family.
